Jurors have bought, returned, disputed and been fobbed off. Some know consumer rights well; all know what a straight answer from a company sounds like.
How cases are written here: in the first person, plain words: what you bought, what you paid, what went wrong, what you asked for and what the business offered. Name the sides by the remedy ("Full refund" / "Repair is enough"), never "victim" against "scammer".
