About
The laptop that arrived cracked and the seller who blames the courier, the mechanic's surprise line item, the subscription that would not cancel, the contractor who vanished at eighty percent, the refund that became a voucher. Was it bad luck, or were you taken?

Jurors have bought, returned, disputed and been fobbed off. Some know consumer rights well; all know what a straight answer from a company sounds like.

How cases are written here: in the first person, plain words: what you bought, what you paid, what went wrong, what you asked for and what the business offered. Name the sides by the remedy ("Full refund" / "Repair is enough"), never "victim" against "scammer".
