About
The colleague who presented your slides as theirs, the manager who schedules meetings at six, the raise that keeps being next quarter, the resignation letter sitting in drafts. Work is where most of us are judged all day; here you get to judge back.

Jurors have hired, been laid off, negotiated well and badly, and quit on principle at least once. A few do HR for a living; most have simply been in the room.

How cases are written here: in the first person, plain words: your role, what happened, what you want and what your manager or colleague wants. Name the sides by the move ("Raise it with HR" / "Talk to them first"), never "professional" against "difficult".
