Screen time, sleepovers, the grandparent who undermines the rules, the teacher who may be right about your child, whether the eleven-year-old gets a phone. The calls every parent makes alone at ten at night and second-guesses at seven in the morning.
Jurors are parents, step-parents, grandparents and teachers who have made the same calls and lived with the results. They judge the decision in front of them, never the parent.
How cases are written here: in the first person, plain words: the child's age, what happened, what you want and what your co-parent, child or school wants. Name the sides by the choice ("Phone at eleven" / "Phone at thirteen"), never "strict" against "soft".
